Any details on the PKE upgrade? I love the passive entry on my other cars, but still using a key on my 17 Sierra is annoying.
I have the same engine and seent your review/comment on summit. I was wondering what cam and springs you went with when you put the turbo on? I have a 78mm VS racing turbo I'm going to be installing.

Right now I run it at 7-10. I have an electronic boost controller.

What’s your afr at when driving?
Normal throttle 14.7 under mild load 11.3 full throttle 9.8 the tune wasn’t complete when I did that video.

It’s a modified version of it. I tore it down to set the ring gap and I added head studs.

Funny you ask, it’s a pop socket pad, fit perfectly.
Any issues with the summit crate motor?
If kept NA it will do great.

Did tou dyno it before adding the turbo by any chance, been hovering over the buy button, definitely saves time of refreshing a pull out engine
Unfortunately I didn’t. If you would like to see more of the engine in action naturally aspirated. LsJrProductions channel has several videos on his. DhopRacing has a dyno video on his channel as well.

did you gap the rings or did you send it as is? ima assume this is the summit racing 5.3 im looking at getting it but i wanna turbo it later down the road
I did gap the rings. This one is bored over .040”. The piston manufacturer said to gap the top ring at .030” and the second at .022”-.025”.
Shiiii that carbon fiber wrap on the dash piece just gave me the best idea! Looks fire Asf
