Where was this lady wh n I was in school??????? I hated when people gave me the answers instead of teaching me. They would repeat the questions word for word when I'd say I don't understand as if it clearify things for me. All it did was teach me I wasn't worth their time or effort. And now I struggle everyday. I graduated school but my deploma means nothing to me and I cry when I see it or think about it knowing it's a Cruel joke the adults I trusted with my education gave to me.

My brother was once told he wouldn't get past 8th grade work... He now has a degree and *owns* his business. Screw anyone who thinks a disability determines what can or can't be done.

My grandmother( now my mother bc she adopted me) had a son exactly like this ( my dad). He would always show up and do this, or cuss her and us out until she gave in. He would change his number or use other numbers so that she couldn’t block him. It was never ending unbearable misery for all of us. He is now off of drugs living a good life, but the damage has been done, and the ptsd is still there.

I had to evict my son almost 3 yrs ago. I haven’t heard from him and I don’t have any way to contact him. I don’t know where he is or who he’s with. He’s 40. I’ve been watching drugs destroy his life. There is nothing me or anyone can do to help him. He has to help himself. All I can do is pray and take care of myself. I love my son. I miss him. But i don’t like him when he’s using. He is not the same person when he’s on drugs. I don’t know him when he’s high. He is violent and mean when he’s using. I’m scared of him. Drugs destroy lives. I pray for every addict and their family.
