CoBiz Richmond, Inc. (CoBiz) is a 501(c)(3) co-working and business incubator space located in downtown Richmond, California.
The core mission of CoBiz is to initiate and drive equitable revitalization of downtown Richmond to improve quality of life outcomes at an entrepreneurial, professional, enterprise, and personal-level for current and future stakeholders of Richmond and the surrounding areas. CoBiz aspires to serve as the go-to hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.
As a 9,000 square foot space, CoBiz offers: a modern, tech-forward, inviting space, 1:1 business incubation programming, 24/7 access to the building, a Creative Studio with professional equipment and access to videographer and an audio engineer, small and large meetings rooms accessible to members and the public, Event space for small or large gatherings, Secure, reliable, dedicated fiber.

that's funny, what about the criminals on the city council, down town Richmond, CENTRAL, IRON TRIANGLE , the most deadliest place in the state, you people can start sharing this. business are moving out cause of the high tax rate, you people can share this.
When we speak about San Francisco and New York, there are many challenges within those cities, however, those cities have so much more to offer despite the challenges. Same applies to Richmond and the diverse body of stakeholders here who are working hard to elevate the perception, life outcomes, and possibilities for the City. Thank you to those stakeholders who are builders.
