Before the nature conservancy bought the place, I believe the Hammer family from Idaho Falls area owned the property and was in livable condition.

Love the personal touch to getting the weather. You guys are a couple Weather Nutz! Idaho in the summer and fall listening to the wind through the pines at high elevation.... no better place to be.
