Great song and performance
It’s beautiful but i feel its missing the percussive slaps it makes the song feel like its a train and a huge factor to the song itself

I first heard this in 2014 at a 24-hours McDonalds.
nice!
Oh my! Is this the same gentle man who sung it all those years ago. James Taylor ?
Huge fan of this song and Russell Smith and the aces, but there was something cool about your take on it , thanks and keep up the hard work, you will be able to hit the lead on the guitar!!!
You have a beautiful vibe & voice .. I love this❤JT song, thanks for sharing.
Hey man, That sounded pretty sweet, nice work. I absolutely adore James’s version of this tune (the original was written waaaay back in 1930 by Roy Turk & Fred E Ahlert writing the lyrics and music respectively. First recorded by Nick Lucas 1931) Could I perhaps trouble you for the chord progression for this version? I’m not having a great deal of luck digging it up on my own. Thanks for your time & the tune Kain.
Nice rendition.
That is a nice guitar. Great looking and sounds wonderful. Happy birthday.
Read Thoreau's essay "Walking."
Mr. Coach. That was lovely! You made it your own and you did it well. I really like the vocals...to the point that I listened to the whole performance. That's the thing I love and enjoy about music: the original artist puts something out there that the rest of us can either try to duplicate note for note with all the right vocal inflexions....OR, they can reform the piece in a very tasteful way. I was looking for a specific guitar tutorial on this song and stumbled upon your video. I'm glad I did. God bless and Merry Christmas.
....one more thing. "Old songs" is all we have anymore. I'm 56 years old, but I started playing guitar in the late 70's...and the only songs that would catch my attention were rock n roll and folk songs from the mid 60's and early 70's. They call them "classic rock" today, but "golden classics" is what they should be called because there has been nothing like them since that era. We may see that phenomenon again in years to come, but I'm not holding my breath. The industry has changed so much that it's difficult to find those diamonds in the rough anymore. So keep on showcasing those "old songs" because the fact is that they are timeless and can only be kept alive by people like us.
@@1gesteban I feel the same way about the music I like. I find myself listening to more country music these days because the sound is the only thing I can find that is close to the folk rock and classic rock I grew up with. Brothers Obsborne is a group that got my attention lately. Plus the vocal range is close to mine which makes playing the songs so much or rewarding. Basically, if I can't sing the song I don't enjoy playing it. So find my self changing keys for most of the song I play. Anyway, See you in the songs!
You have a lovely voice
