They have to get out safely. That all is Omiyo's plan to get revenge. If you save Omiyo, she will kill all the girls.

I dont know what exactly the reason. I think they just bully her.

Omiyo was the owner of the mansion who die in the tube and her soul was inside the doll that kicked off by 2 girls in the last ending Omiyo seek revenge to everybody who live in the mansion even R.Son who always survived and Omiyo manage to kill her in Ogre ending
