The thing with sky chis is that pretty much all of them are a flurry of small, weak hits ending with one massive blast of like 400+ damage. Flare wolf's is like that but with a bit of range I guess. Definitely not one of the best ones

yeah funny bone is overpowered in imaginators. I did a nightmare solo run with funny bone in imaginators and I only died once from my controller disconnecting. just overpowered.

btw the slowdown on a hit you were talking about is called “hitstop” and almost every vv engine (swap force and superchargers) skylander has it

That slow down that happens when you hit an enemy is solely an imaginators thing which the senseis do not have funnily enough. Literally just there to make previous skylanders look worse than the new shiny senseis

Okay I'm honestly going to disagree with the ranking here. I really like big bubble pop fizz, I like the complexity of his move set and while the beast form definitely is not as good as the rest of his kit, or regular pop fizz's beast form for that matter, I still enjoy him a lot. Maybe he also just performs better in superchargers compared to imaginators, i dunno

i haven’t played this guy in literally 7 years, he seems pretty fun also lmao thanks for the mention, heres a fun fact: big bubble pop fizz is the only figure (to my knowledge) to accidentally have a part of the figure completely lacking color (that being the hair in the back). by “lacking color” i mean like they never added color to the spot, not as in the part is white (there isn’t really any good fun facts for this guy)

My favourite Skylander since 2011, thanks for actually talking about him. Not many fans talk about him since he was the undead left-behind. Not that your opinions are wrong or anything, I just want to share mine. I play almost exclusively on Giants and Trap Team so the numbers may vary, but I think that the ectoplasm mode is what makes him A-tier. It is specifically designed as a way to avoid getting cornered and to block large hits or frenzies of hits, and mastery of reaction time is what makes him amazing. The ability for consistent, instant, and total damage invulnerability is insane on a Skylander, and the small ticks of damage are worth it. Although I find the skull charge path more fun than the ectoplasm path, I would say that the ectoplasm path is the stronger one. Not only does ectoplasm mode become almost fully harmless, it also becomes way easier to escape crowds. And the further upgrades turn ectoplasm mode into a weapon of mass destruction (the ghost explosions are very strong). I believe that the skull charge is the weakest attack, not only because it does not combo well with the other attacks but also because (at least, in the games I play) it only hits enemies once (when an enemy is hit, they cannot be hit by the charge until another one has begun. It makes it more of a “Skull Assassin”, locking onto a target for a quick hit). It is an amazing mobility tool, though, and and can work as an attack for enemies that are far away since it is relatively safe to use. The Skull charge path makes the charge more viable as an attack, and improves sustain due to the health gain (even though the versions I play in only heal ten at a time, destructible objects can be turned to ghosts by the skull charge with evens it out a bit). The ectoplasm path turns Ghost Roaster into Revenant from the Apex Legends Season Four trailer (this nightmarish killing machine, weaving in and out of enemies with only small scratches). One more thing, the ectoplasm mode is actually how I defeated Nightmare Mode Traptainium Kaos with only one Skylander and villain (Ghost Roaster and Broccoli Guy).

Glad to see my favorite Skylander getting covered. I've never used the top path before, so it was cool to see it here. It does seem that they nerfed the vaporizer and buffed the shockwave slam. The vaporizer did 100 damage and the slam did 40 in Giants. The slam never had a problem with hitting enemies back then, so having it be inconsistent now is weird. Also, the triple shot's main purpose is armor stripping. It provides a fast way for Tree Rex to strip enemy armor so he can start doing damage. Good video.

The Tree Rex laser canon upgrade was so op in Giants, and again a good video!
