Vivaldi "The Goldfinch" Flute Concerto, mvt. #2 Cantabile
Просмотров 472 месяца назад
In 1729, Antonio Vivaldi composed “The Goldfinch”, in honor of the European goldfinch; a striking little bird with a red and white face and flashy black & yellow wings. He was inspired by its cheerful trills and warbles. The piece evokes imagines of these birds calling and answering, hopping around, flying squabbling and fluttering to the ground. Singing and soaring into the blue, well they’re ...

Nice runner!

I worked at uncle sams, they blew the place up, always a big crowd.
Hello my fellow sphinx bot 👽
Those Ole Small Evinrude Outboard Motors are Bulletproof. I have a 1939 Sportman 2hp Still running Strong! Yours looks really Nice by the way , sounds Good
Boy, she sure likes it lean huh. The 1-1/2, 3 and 6 hsp Z series are pretty neat. Nice find.
He put White Bear on the musical map. I think his first band was called The Escorts. Then The Grasshoppers. Then Cain.
Nice Video -- Anchor Manufacturing was founded by my Grandfather! Glad to see it still is chugging along.
God I miss that Band Fragile!
Yes!...The Hideaway, Dibbos, The Mermaid, Boyd"s on the River, and the Cabooze. Reminiscing with my wife who's from San Antonio. What agreat time. Don't forget Fairchild!, another great band.
Shot in the dark here, I have the same engine but the pull start won't engage the dog teeth any suggestions. I can wrap the cord like you are doing but need it to work. Hope you may be able to answer
My recoil assembly wouldn’t engage the dog teeth either. So I contacted Doug Penn and he had a good used one in his massive parts. It was $35 but that was back in 2013. Website for Doug is www.oldoutboard.com
Looks like I am experiencing the same issue you had with my David Bradley clutch, mine is missing the ball bearings. I am hoping to gain some more insight on this. Is there a way to contact you?
I found this same kettle at Goodwill today. Does the steam contribute to anymore functions other than spinning the wheels? The bell on mine is missing the clapper. Does the steam somehow ring the bell to also alert you that the water is boiling?
Unfortunately, The kettle is not that sophisticated. All the steam does is turn the wheels and the bell is just for decoration. The most sensitive part is the stopper which often breaks after several uses. Good luck with your awesome find!
@@sphinxmoth Thanks. The bell spins around on a metal rod so I thought maybe the steam activated it somehow. I didn't really want to take it apart to see the inner workings. It was only $29 and it is going to my nephew who likes locomotives.
You know, The bell on mine is on a bar too, but I’m not exactly sure if it’s supposed to do something. It doesn’t seem to move when the steam is going!
Too bad some of the steam generated couldn't be diverted to a steam whistle. I mean most tea pot do whistle at boil. I guess you can't have everything even though it is a Kamenstein 🤔
what is your oil/fuel ratio mix? 16:1 ? is the engine still running? i have same engine, not sure of mix
james van gorden correct- 16:1
I have parts manuals for this
what ìs it end how mucht?
Had the same situation with mine! It took a minute to find the solution video.. so here is the link to it: ruclips.net/video/spbpJy8f8X0/видео.html
There are actually 4 parts to this video, above is part two. Here is part 3: ruclips.net/video/1n-zNJYySm8/видео.html
Part 4: ruclips.net/video/Z9ux8HfX31I/видео.html
Great solve, buddy. They should put a drain plug to begin with in my opinion though. All we need should be our hands.
What did you do to get this running? I can get mine to pop over for a few seconds then it dies.
I have the same problem i can only get mine to pop i think its geting to much air. R not a good enough spark
Very inspired to get my old girl running now!
So cool
this is 5 hp same as my dad s
my dad had this same outboard
That stupid whistle was so damn annoying
Yes - I took the plug out just to prove the water was pumping. You should also see water shooting out of the louvers on the shaft.
It needs a muffler. Model 23A only went to 9hp not 10 hp. However compared to today's engines it would be about 15 hp. It sounds like its idling just a little to fast maybe because it doesn't have a muffler. I picked up a 1960 winco wincharger corp (subsidiary of zenith radio corp) for 100 bucks in pristine condition 3500 watt rope start generator 3600 rpm all original still locks brand new except for just a little paint chip on the fron blower housing but no rust no dulled paint no broken parts 55 years old an antique, factory teal blue. No electric start but its not necessary for me its starts on the first pull. Its valued as high as 1000 dollars. It has the two 115 volt outlets and one round 230 outlet with the original receptacle never used on it. Has the dome light up top works stays a solid bright all the time no surge. These were the grandfathers to our modern day generators. But for 36 bucks not bad, you can probably get 200-300 for it.
Is it forsale
Hi, I just picked one of these up last year, and I'm wondering how you get the clutch off? I would like to inspect and clean.
What watt light bulb??
4 or 7
How fast?
Yes - as of 7/2014. Posting ID 4559499656 on Mpls.St.Paul Craigslist.
is this for sale
I did, thank you very much!!! See my RUclips channel for the video of the resolution.
Did you get your clutch fixed? Unless the friction plate is worn out all you need to do is adjust it. It's called a ball lock clutch and is designed that way.
Nice Tractor I saw it at Almelund ill hopefully have my 1964 DB 725 at Almelund 2013 hope to see yours there.
Unfortunately, I know of no replacement part available for the stopper. Your best bet may be to watch on EBay for a cheaper used "parts only" kettle that has a stopper.
Thats cuter than a bugs ear!
Nice Job, She's Looking Great
hi
I miss seeing Cain at "Pudges" in St. Paul on Friday nights...
Very Nice Looking DB
saw cain at night gallery in waukegan one of the best bands ever
This is the most Minnesota-y thing I've ever seen.
I grew up in White Bear Lake, and can still remember Jiggs Lee singing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" from the rear seat of our school bus while riding along South Shore Blvd. Odd memory, but a good one!
The BEST EVER!!! Jiggs Lee
@MNWildfan72 yes,he is back live on(hold your breathe)wcco from 10-midnight.just found out by accident myself.btw,am 1500 sucks as espn 1500.cept for Joe,of course!
Holy crap! If that tall skinny guy in the twins hat and sunglasses is Jason McGovern, then my whole visualization of him was way off!
joe plays the drums? cool. i didn't know that. so do i...yay
met you at night gallery in waukegan around 75 my friends girlfriend couldnt take her eyes off your bulge those white pants didnt hide much
Lloyd (San Diego) says "I really miss CAIN." Mid-70's at Chicago's Rush Up were memorable for me, especially when Cain performed. I have the digital versions of Stinger and Pound of Flesh. Glad to see Jiggs is alive and well and can still sing.
