I recorded bass guitar to a backing track of Alannah Myles `Black Velvet´. The bass is a Dingwall NG3 four string tuned to BEAD. I use the second pickup position, bridge and middle pickups. I decided to tune my 34" Yamaha trbx174 up one step to F# and use the waves Rbass plugin to produce a good solid bass tone for my low tunings. I also use Neural DSP Parallax for the low and mid spectrum, and Plugin Alliance SVT Plugin for the highs. The mix starts at 1:44. I call this tune ´Welcome´.
