How do u turn the language to english

Hello, i hav an error: there was a problemwith google server. try again later. can you help mee please, i already have google play installed but this error apears when i try to sign in

What I did to help my problem was to set my Pad like a child tablet (Parental Controls) and from there I choose english, then after you can delete it.

I couldn't get this to work exactly this person did it but I did manage to get google play store and goole apps to work. I installed the APKPure appstore from the website via browser and then just downloaded the play store from there and then deleted APKPure after google play store downloaded and updated. Worked perfectly
