I like this recipe; flavor is very good. I am having one problem with it - Creme Fraiche curdles. My gravy is not creamy, but watery. I used Roma tomatoes - peeled , seeded and pureed. What could be the reason for the cream to curdle? Thanks -
Always use fresh tomatoes.Fresh cream should be at the room temperature.Beat cream well & always use it. at the end when you want to serve the food .Make your Butter chicken ready & when you want to serve first heat it well add butter & fresh cream & mix gentaly don't boil too much & serve .Thanks for liking my recipe.Good Luck Happy Cooking.🙏
