My 1990 Dodge D350 12v Cummins has a bit of a smoking problem, any help would be appreciated
How did you install the mec evo aluminum for the turbo flange ? Did U used the rubber?
@@ricardosachz4915 I just made my own since I’m a machinist, I didn’t use the rubber, but I put some rtv on it and pressed it in. I’m not 100% sure how the Mec evo one fits either with or without the rubber
What did you think of the welds on the darkside kit
@@noahpalomarez5022 they are amazing, very solid, it’s been on the car for 2-3 years and looks great still. It’s all tig welded.
What was the problem?
SandCrewUS truck was getting air into the feed line
KNISLEY6.7 was it a line or a banjo bolt
@@xKaotiiKx Dang that's probably what my problem is. I have a 97.
I have the same problem on my truck, it blows white smoke like a SOB, fuel has been sitting for over a year, im thinking the injectors might just be gummed up.
Also sounded like it studdered could just be worn injectors get them pop tested
Could be left over fuel in the low combustion if it only happens when cold/ or leaky injectors/ bad spray pattern
I know it's probably to late. But it looks like an issue with your injection pump to me. Maybe your IP timing is retarded? Or its sucking air in from the fuel lines?
So that's what we all look like inside!
pretty intersting!
Mines doing the same thing did you figure it out?
