The last time I faced this guy, I didn't even bother fighting him. I just used a calming spell and went on my way. I was role-playing a Jedi (I have a lightsaber mod installed), so I just pictured him waving his hand and saying, "You don't want to fight me."

i just rushed this dude with my sword and got that kill animation where you stay in first person but ram your weapon into their chest. very quick and very anticlimactic

I love it when a game gives you the dialogue option of essentially calling a enemy a idiot for even thinking about challenging you, and then for the enemy to act all smug in response. It makes obliterating their meager health bar all the more satisfying.
