I make mine with the fat back and smoked pork neckbones. I cut it in pieces like in this video and let it fry with a little bit of veg oil in the oven when it's done I transfer the grease and the fat back into the cabbage with a little sugar . Except I boil my cabbage not fry it . And chef kisssssss after 😊

I absolutely love how she has something for everyone. As I started to ask myself, “who is this woman?” I saw the video. It broke my heart. Please continue when you feel more up to it to celebrating her dishes with us. This women had a passion for food and flavor. She will terribly missed. Prayers for and your family. I used only seasoning , no lipton, because the lipton has sodium and the meat is already seasoned. But everyone has their own taste buds.😁👍 I served it with homemade mash potatoes and fresh string beans and crescent rolls. The video was clearly explained, everything was shown everything was direct to the point. 💕✌🏾

I had it homemade only once and she used a hogs head. It was delicious but this looks easier to make. I think I’ll try this.
