Weight loss is extremely simple. Take in LESS calories than you burn. Simple physics you’ll eventually shrink down. Main part of it is your stomach being stretched making you feel hungry. If you can take 2 weeks to a diet and discipline, you’re going to make it.

@@yourcaseforwellness for many, it is. Dropping a lot of water weight by eliminating carbs is a sign those people probably have inflammation issues caused by some carb source they had been eating regularly. :)

Maybe diet culture but not diets, as it is very important to have diets especially balanced ones for your health
what I focus on is balanced and healthy eating without dieting. Dieting usually refers to restriction and rules that I find do not serve us longterm!
@@yourcaseforwellness well I agree and disagree, one example of how it could is my father, he is a diabetic and he should restrict his rice intake because rice is one of the things that gets his blood sugar too high.
@@thebowinarrow8398 obviously there are some specific dietary restrictions because of conditions /illness/allergies etc, my point here is for the general public wanting to lose weight and turning to unsustainable diets as a result

Being overweight is never okay. Telling somebody they are beautiful and look good when they are obese should be criminal because all your doing is keeping that person from ever getting ahold of their health.
