When you were doing color correction, why didn't you use an adjustment layer over all the clips on the timeline?
I’d use that for adding a lut, but I find it better sometimes going clip by clip to match! Thanks for watching!

A professional in Final Cut Pro should be well aware of the location of the voice isolation feature. Therefore, I am confident that they possess the knowledge to resolve the related issues. Despite utilizing the latest model of MacBook, I find your video to be entirely unhelpful, as I am also experiencing difficulties in locating the voice isolation feature. Thx

I just quickly tested and it does work, not fully there but gives you a good start, it’s just a matter of correcting spots that aren’t correct. I’ll probably make a video soon about that, thanks for the idea and thanks for watching!

Can the external hard drive be under exfat or does it have to be under a different one?

Brilliant. I love FCP and switching to PP so this will help me. I like editing in FC. It’s ways more stable and cleaner and faster but the other built in tools and plug in’s are great in PP and people seem to prefer it more.

If you go to window and click on show in workspace you're able to remove the extra layers to make your editing screen more full screen, or if you click on the icons in the top right, it also helps if you have a second monitor as you're able to move the layers across screens and have the timeline be full screen, hope this helps! I don't see that in my FCPX- voice insolation
There should be an arrow on the audio enhancements section that you need to click to open it up, hope this helps!
You probably need to upgrade Final Cut. And if you have an older computer... Buy a new one. And that's the reason why I left the apple ecosystem. I was tired of playing that game. I'm a DaVinci Resolve user and windows computer user. And couldn't be happier because I don't have to feel like I'm an IT😁

I liked how fast roto brush was, I think mRotoAI is faster to use (but that could also be because I’m use to mRotoAI and new to roto brush) I think mRotoAI is incredible for Final Cut Pro. Thank you for watching!
Love that you get right to the point but I’m having an issue. When I get to the part of adding the 3D test I can move the text on the screen. And my parameters column looks a little different. It starts with the options to position the text like it doesn’t see the tracking but everything else looks just like you screen. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
Thank you! So when after you position the text, using the 3d move parameters, did you click on the tracking? When clicking on the transform tool you want to click on your tracker you made, it’s also important to make sure that the track is good so it doesn’t move, hope this helps!

Thank You. Going from FCP to Premiere has been a nightmare for me. It seems what you suggest here works after picture lock, but not with a project that still needs further editing? You can’t ripple, roll or extend, it seems?
Yep! Same here, usually the way I do it lets my boss add minor changes that’s mostly adding cutting sounds/effects and cutting video. You can grab the raw footage to add more to it but another way that I saw from a video was you can open the actual Final Cut xml project inside of davanci resolve and then export the file from davanci to premiere, hope that helps, thanks for watching!

I have a 2020 m1 MacBook Pro, I believe you have to use the m series for mRotoAI to work since I couldn’t get it to work on my iMac that wasn’t the m series, thank you for watching!

Where do I get the plugins?
The plugin “keyper” is from fx factory, and the plugin “mRotoAI” is from motion vfx, thanks for watching!
I have downloaded and been working extensively with this. In trial mode, after 1,000 frames, it stops working despite it being advertised as fully functional in trial mode plus the addition of a small watermark overlay. Do you know if this a limitation on the trial version, or is this frame limitation also in force in the paid version?
I think it’s trial only, I highly recommend mRotoAI instead but I think it’s only a trial limitation, thank you for watching!
@@GregMillerMedia Hi Greg .... thanks for your response. I heard last night from FX Factory on this critical issue. So that you will know, there is a limitation on the number of frames that can be rendered in one pass with RotoMatic, according to FX Factory. In my case, it can only render 30 seconds of video before it stops. Imagine have to cut up a 30 minute video to 30 second segments and rotoscope each one separately. From FX Factory ... "There is a limit of 2000-2500 frames that the system can process in one pass. You can cut the media into chunks and work on them individually." So, personally, I tried the software and love it. But it is not useful to me with this limitation as my work involves rotoscoping hours of video. Keypr, mRotoAI and Background Remove all do not have this limitation.
