This is said out of care and also as a medical cannabis user myself, but you really did make this situation worse. The fuzz are duty bound to differentiate between med can and street weed given its class B status. He was trying to be reasonable, but you really did escalate it. I'm sure you have your reasons for being angry at authority but in this instance, I don't think the other fella was unreasonable. The path to acceptance isn't through conflict, it's through tolerance and grace.

the cards are not recognised as official plus you do not need a card on medical weed,all you do is comply with the rules and keep it in the tub it came in and only vape it,carry your perscription with you as proof thats all you legally need. is a big misconception about those so called cards.

You have been using outside your medical guidelines. It’s illegal to use in a joint or any other combustion injest. It’s only legal and inside your medical guidelines to vape via a dry herb vape.
If you watched the whole video you would realise that I was smoking a CBD joint which is completely legal to smoke anywhere in the UK. A dry herb vape is only for prescribed THC flower. I hope this makes it clearer for you you 2 understand 🙂

My girlfriend has osteoporosis and epilepsy with other major problems that pain killers dont work for will she be able to get it?
If she's had two prescriptions for the same condition & neither worked, then yeah she'll probably get the prescription for it.
it wont matter if they work or not,as long as you have medications on your medical records from the last 10 years your set to go. french cookies would be a good strain also very relwxing and calming without the fluster and paranoia that comes from street weed.good luck, im with mamedica over a year now and no complaints.

UNFORTUNATELY, as a medical cannabis patient you are not able to obtain a license to grow your own bud yet in the UK. The laws are likely to be reviewed/changed if enough people apply for legit prescriptions, I would advise anyone who is in a position to do so, if you think that you qualify for a medical prescription then apply for it as soon as you possibly can.
@@jamiecunliffeUKmedibud Ok thanks for the info, I used to smoke it, but haven’t smoked it for 2 years, I think I’ve got Crohns disease, so I’m waiting for the tests from the doctor and looking up I see it can help with it, so if I can get one of them prescriptions after the diagnosis I’ll be getting the cancard or whatever it is, just seeing what the options are beforehand. I stopped because I was just sick of getting low quality stuff, plus the guy I used to get off used to rabbit on about the price of it in the 80s for like 2 hours every time I went to see him. So it was half the low quality and half having to sit there for ages being lectured on the price of it then and now. But if I can get better stuff without the lecture lol, it will be much better for me, sometimes his stuff was good but most of the time it was sh*t, so I sacked it off cause of that, I had some mad dreams when I stopped, one time I had a dream that my sisters black Labrador was bright purple and escaped out of my sisters drive way, when I shouted at him to come back in he turned around and in a dog voice and shouted at me, “Don’t you f*ckin tell me what to do”, then I woke up, that was one of the more normal ones I had, but all my dreams for about two where insane lol, I think it was something to do with it leaving my system either way they were crazy dreams. So the bud that you pay for all depends on the strain and THC content. Also there are currently certain medical cannabis providers who offer schemes for people who are on certain state benefits and certain scemes for UKveterans, so what you pay all depends on your personal circumstances and the bud that you have chosen. If you go to medibud.wiki you can see all of the strains available and what they cost 👍

The short answer is no........ CBD products are still classed as cannabis based medication which you have to be a specialised doctor in order to prescribe BUT you can legally purchase most CBD medications in the UK over the counter from a CBD retailer 👍

The law changed in 2018. I researched the UK Medical Cannabis providers, found the best at the time (based on reviews and customer feedback) made my application and was then accepted for medical bud after my first consultation. Very simple and easy process much less complicated than I ever imagined 👌
I’m going to sign up with curaleaf in the next couple weeks they seem the best option.
Weed hurt noone and there is so much trouble with other drugs that weed is the lighest of issues. Think about it you cannot OD on weed, weed makes to dopey not aggro so where's the harm. I spoke with the head sergeant at the local cop shop and his attitude was "I'm over people being booked for weed as we have too many other problems that are an issue". @9:00 "not the plant surely" oh the ignorance (and arrogance as they know their ignorant and don't care) of people that SHOULD know better! Medical cannabis comes in many forms and many strains for different people with different ailments (eg epilepsy vs chronic pain). This includes but is not restricted to oil based products which originates "from the plant" and the flower (bud) itself. Oil is a PITA for me as it's hard to dose since it takes around 40 minutes to kick in and learn if I've under/over/correctly dosed. A few times I've been shopping with the misso and gone a bit different shall we say. With flower/bud the effect is within 5 minutes and the results for myself at least are easy to modify to suite based on breathing methods with the vape (not supposed to smoke and due to issues being an ex firey I can't smoke it really any more). I can make it work lightly but still have full cognition or make it so I get sleepy and can actually get some sleep. I'm on a similar scheme in Australia for chronic pain. Unfortunately some tubs here are like 28gm so FAR too big and too much to carry the tub around in public. I keep a copy of my prescriptions and photos of the bottles and labels on my phone to show if needed. Over here our scripts are kept with the pharmacies/dispensaries so we are unable to carry around scripts (thus why I take photos and get images of the script sent to me for the phone).
