I just read this book. I was aware of much of what was brought out in this book. But it ties everything together. I have studies and articles printed out everywhere. I made a video and posted it on FB, this book confirmed what I thought I knew I and gave me the confidence to speak out and take position on the right side of history in front of family and friends. I know some that know, but they are afraid to say anything. I am all out there now. There is no doubt to anyone where I stand. This is at least the greatest medical blunder in history. I started this research journey for the TRUTH, 2 years ago after my friend confessed, she was having seizures and neurological after the second Pfizer jab. I was talking to her on a Friday night. She died in her sleep the following Wednesday. I will no longer be silent.

I know a cashier at a store, he kept getting robbed he suspected it was the same guy.. he ended up shooting the guy in one hand, the guy came to rob him and the cashier pulled out his gun and the dude went to grab the gun... Well, the cops charged him with some serious crime, i forgot what it was, but i know he was in court for years, and had to pay a lot of money in lawyers to get it reduced. He got probation at the end, and a permanent record, he ended up buying a rottweiler. I asked him like, what are they saying you did? and he said that apparently it has to do with the level of force or some insanely stupid crap, so like if someone robs you and you shoot them, then you're in trouble cause they didn't have a gun, they only had a crowbar or a knife etc..

He disarmed the attacker. Thus, he is not a threat. Even US law states reasonable equivalent force for defense. Unarmed person is an unarmed person. Indeed, it's assault in either country. Better a bat than a gun.

I'm all for self defense, defense of others, and even some use of force to protect property. But this is not of this at all. This is just a sucker punch to someone that wasn't a threat. He definitely deserves to be punished for doing such a dishonorable thing. I'm surprised that all the people that criticize cases like this when the "defender" is so very very clearly in the wrong. This would be just as illegal in every single state in the USA too, it has nothing to do with Canada or progressive laws, it's just universal law. You can't be attacking people when they've stopped causing problems. Not unless the "attack" is just grabbing/grappling for citizen's arrest (or defending/counteracting against any retribution they perform in response to it)

Vigilantism is illegal in Canada. So is keeping a weapon. It's extra illegal if you say the weapon is for self defense. It's not a bad system. We don't need cashiers or random people taking it upon themselves to beat up drug addicts or the mentally ill.

We all watched the video. He FOLLOWED him with his back turned and whacked him. Law was applied correctly here. Someone else’s wrong doing doesn’t automatically turn you into a law enforcer. He was no longer a threat, same thing would happen in US if same circumstance were to happen. Don’t confuse self defense with vengeance.
