I've been there. It's like waking up with my chest wrapped in barbed wires getting stepped on. With all the self-sabotage and the doubts and the insecurities that we shove onto the people we love. We start seeing them as we are and not how they are. What I've learnt is that everything that has nothing to do with me is not my business. Who's doing what behind my back, or not doing it, cheating, or not cheating, whatever the case may be, it's on them. The only thing I can control is how I am and how I act. If you love someone, love them with all you have and how they respond to that is their business. Be honest and be open. Do not put your own faults and shortcomings onto them, and choose to be at peace with yourself. If you're to take away anything from this, take this- love and live honestly. Everything else is on everyone else. That way, no matter how things turn out, you'll know you did your best. I promise it's going be ok. Nothing ever is as bad as it seems and all things pass.
