Stop mentally rushing yourself.
Even when you're not under any time constraints, you apply pressure on yourself to do something or get somewhere. You get so caught up in the fray that you think you'll miss out on something when in actuality what you're missing out on is self connection. There are moments when you just need to be. Stop thinking. Stop mentally running. That's what's going to amplify your results. That's what's going to shift things so you won't have to rush anymore. Don't you see that? You have to start cutting the ropes of traditional methods in order to start living the new life you envision.
