The thing with Sadghuru is that he is constantly blamimg you always point out at how wrong you are living your life, he is a 100% right but his ways are a 100% wrong. Focus on the positives my man the negatives will dissolve. Teach the people techniques because the world is fed up of preaching
He is saying your inner experience is 100% your making- and therefore should be made to be beautiful. However the outside situations are not always in your control. I don’t get what you disagree with here.
He does teach techniques and he doesn't "blame". He helps people to understand that they are responsible for their own state of Being. If "his ways" are not helpful to you then move on.
There are only two choices. Either this or that. To be or not to be. 😂 Congrats if you know what I mean you are here♾️
He does offer techniques with isha foundation. He offers shambhavi mahamudra kriya for just about everyone. Isha also gives hatha yoga. As some other advanced practices. He even has some free practices on youtube or the sadhguru app. Isha kriya is one of them.

Trust me, I was as skeptical as you are and attended Inner Engineering as I was forced to attend by my wife and it does work big time. There is no magic, just simple and breathing exercises.

I've seen all the seriousness I can take in one helping. Are we still tangled up in shallow interface? Life has become a place to become a junk junkie with credit scores to help enslave yourself under all these wonders of polymers? Women stuffing their lips with fat for some agree upon vogue way of looking like a sucker fish. The walk of a vampire on the hunt for fresh subjects? Ha. Laugh Out Loud I've never seen so many pied pipped humans in all my days so far. The minute you show something to them they just have to have it. Some pictured life like a commercial showing of the good life. People look like the walking dead out in public. Natural being ness is a rare thing. Ha. Laugh Out Loud humans are allowing themselves to be sterilized across the board, then cling to like temperaments for comfort What do I know ? Plenty. Now people watch TV commercials then go tell the doctor what drugs they want?
