Hi i cant visualize my point in rvis i go exactly like you step by step
Hi Fatemeh, Once again, please ensure you have followed every step. If the point still does not show in Rviz, pay close attention to the following: 1. Ensure you have saved the Rviz config file with the correct world_frame and axis settings and provided the file location in the launch file. (Video reference: 8:28) 2. Check that the written code and setup.py file are correct line by line. (Video reference: 18:22) 3. When executing the launch file and the publish_point node, make sure you see the data of the point being published in the output screen (terminal). 4. You can also use this command in another terminal to print the topic details: ros2 topic echo /point_topic, and check the frame_id, coordinates, and other details. 5. Lastly, after launching Rviz and running the node, ensure the fixed frame is set to "map" and that you have added the topic using the "Add" button in the lower left of Rviz. (Video reference: 19:41) I hope these steps resolve the issue.
