I had the whole split and then something snapped in my ligament when i did a split, so now I can't do the left split because it hurts 🤕
does anyone know what stretches she did as even i am as close as her before and even i want to get closer
a tip for doing the splits that helped me: straighten your knees and make the back foot rest with its inner part, then either put yourself on your elbows and he helps you to go down or with your hands❤

I can jump and land in splits im not joking i just forced myself to fo it trust me it hurts less by forcing yourself to do it

I'd recommend stretching with yoga blocks. Put one under your front foot and back knee it will help by using gravity!
You need the 35 min stretch than the 35 min crashout before getting the splits
I’m telling you the best way is just holding your split on each side for 3-5 minutes a day and you’ll get it in a week or two
I followed Anna McNulty split routine and it work i had gotten my spilts and somehow i only did it like 3 times i got it so try it and see how you like it 😁

Man what I do as a person that doesn color gaurd is I put one leg in front on in back and slide down until one knee bends and go back up a little and hold for 10 seconds got my splits in a month or twin but I was also flexible before
You’re doing great keep going i got my splits on my right leg in 23 days and a bit over a month for my left leg takes time but just don’t give up🤗🫶

Take hot showers n stretch right after and during the stretch run lotion on ur body it helps a lot
Hey, this is just a quick tip but make sure that while you’re trying your splits your knee is turned out to the side and not under, it just makes it way easier just let me know.

The doing hanging leg raises and calisthenic core workouts and you get it no problem.

Hey I just tried twice a day for about two weeks and I went from less then a second to 7 seconds in just 2 WEEKS it just takes consistently I'm 51kg though, so I'm light...

Littleraly me when someone asks "can you do the splits?" Im like "sure give me 30 mins 👍
Idk how but one time I just tried and I could do it😭 everyone keeps saying I need to stretch EVERY day to keep doing it but I can do it even without stretching🤷♀️
I'm like sure give me two months😂😭
Try stretching while holding yourself up with your legs as much as possible. Work the stretch and strength at the same time your flexibility will come much faster. And try to stretch every day or every other day for 10-15 min you’ll get them fast! Best of luck!
