Definitely agree with not titrating up quickly if the medication is working. I’m going into week 10 and I am still on 2.5 Zepbound.

I started in the same day! Zepbound/compound twins. You’re doing so well! I moved up via the normal titration schedule so I’m on my second dose of 10 and lost 27lbs so far. I lost most of it using my thighs. Are your side effects different when you inject in the stomach? Yes, being cold is probably my worst side-effect too.

I just got new bracelet from vca. I looked at the bracelet at store and saw a tiny scratch which their employees even didn’t realize. So I ordered and new one. After everything was down like resize, I went to vca I realized that there was a tiny scratch at the same spot. Can be same scratch at the same spot by chance but I can’t think like that way lol am I crazy? Do you think is it possible that they didn’t order new one and just gave me the same bracelet which I saw first time.

I wish the dior lip glow worked for me. I got the clear pink one and it has so much grip to it it pulled my lip and gave me a cut. 😩 maybe I need to try one with color to it. just found your channel and binged all your videos. hope you start posting more!

I got lucky (in a sad way) in acquiring my only VCA piece. I have a vintage lapis and yellow gold single motif Alhambra necklace that my dad got my mom for Christmas when I was a kid. I got the necklace when mom passed away 10 years ago. It was in her jewelry box that I took when we cleaned out her house. She also had a Cartier yellow gold bracelet in there as well, and a $20 gold piece (coin) from the 1930s. I've had the coin made into a necklace also. Most of her other jewelry was cosmetic, except for some silver and gold chains that were my dad's. I kept those too. The VCA and Cartier my be worth more now than when first purchased, but I don't know. I was a kid when mom got both of them. (Jan Griffiths).
