In Gozo I explore the citadel, eat some food and then jump on a speed boat to Comino. At Comino we explore the caves as well as have a wild boat ride. Yes sometimes life sucks and knock us down. The excruciating part is affecting our mental health. Good for you that you express your feelings and frustrations thru social media while others tend to isolate and go along with the healing process.One of the best intervention we can do for our mental health is to divert our attention and make ourselves busy in everyday what we do. Travels and exploring other places can help us recuperate with our mental health.
