We can but we need parallel connection of many cell each cell have 1.5 voltages it also depend on refrigeator voltage if your refrigeator are of 230 voltages so think how many cell and battery are use to run it and how much refrigeator takes watts it also depends on it if more watts so the parralel connection of so many cell will work for a short time that why we not use cell to run refrigeator we use electricity
