They had to do other programmes, oh and UTV doesnt exist anymore. It rebranded as ITV in 2020

i guess ITV1 aired the opening for the first ITV season in 2023

It's a pretty massive joke how the evictions are ITV2 only this year so ITV1 can so repeats of Beat the Chasers, a spinoff of a now very tired format.

I think they could have gave these titles some "umph" without nessessarily going crazy, although I did like the crazy titles of C4/late C5 Big Brother. These titles are quite dull. I will say they did give the house a fair makeover tho, its themed like wet dripping paint. So the house theming hasent disappeared at least.

@@itsrickyschannel. It's quite interesting to have a chill title sequence for once, I can't recall a single year which had anything remotely as mellow. I think ITV are deliberately softening the image of the show, the new theme tune arrangement is also less dramatic than the original. If you couple the controversies of Big Brother over the years with ITV's recent scandals involving reality TV and Jeremy Kyle, it's a risky format for them to have gotten involved with and I think they are trying to move the show into lighter territory. Whilst I do think that Big Brother needs drama to an extent to be interesting, I would actually like to see it produce less scandal. The constant fights, arguments and racism rows ruined the show. It needs to find the right blend of fun and drama, without putting vulnerable people with hostile behaviour problems into a situation where they say or do something on national TV which destroys their own lives. It's a cheap trick, Big Brother can be so much better than that. But anyway, I'm going off on a bit of a tangent here. So to summarize, I think this year's titles are interesting for being something a little lighter.

i kinda prefer the idea that BBUK is mind games, instead of the more "kinda creepy reality TV" approach i've seen with ITV. i guess BBUK was always a reality show, but ITV has made me see it more like one. I guess the eye is meant to represent Big Brother himself, always watching the housemates, and YOU. pretty good stuff. atleast the intro is easy on the eyes, unlike some of the other ones. kinda don't like the rainbow color-scheme tho (i know about the 2004 logo, but the ITV ones are a bit too vibrant for me.) but the creepy stuff is nice

I remember watching a bit of Chowder when it was still on Cartoon Network UK a long time ago at my childminders' house. I tried to get into Steven Universe in 2015 but just couldn't for some reason, and I haven't seen OK K.O but I have heard a lot about it.
