      The tool is a fly tying vice. You can find affordable options on Amazon but I'm not sure if the sellers will ship to your area or not. Some tackle shops will carry them especially if they sell fly fishing gear. Hopefully that helps and thanks for watching.

    I see where I failed. I dont have a fly vice on the boat! Much easier way to snell without the vice

    I see where I messed up. I snelled a small hook for bluegill fishing. The knot failed after three fish. I didn't tie it right.
