As the title suggests, I wasn’t feeling too great going into this one (played on the 16th November 2024), not the most professional MD-1 preparation, but tbf I didn’t drink too much, it was more about lack of sleep. However, the other goalkeeper was unavailable so I had no choice but to show up for it. Stay tuned to see how myself and the team perform.

@@sofianeamjed4188 I’ve only used them in two games so far and the grip and durability seem to be good, but they don’t feel as robust when making saves. I also only play on artificial turf so not sure what they’d be like on grass. Overall, I’d recommend them for training or as a backup pair, but I think there are better pairs out there that don’t cost a lot more. Hopefully that helps you :)

I got the exact same ones. My normal size is 9us and mine were true to size. On advice I got some copa indoor shoes 1/2 size small and that was a terrible mistake. At any rate I love those elites. They may feel a little numb on light touch if you are coming from a speed boot but imo they’re solid. They don’t transfer much energy into your feet if that makes sense it all goes into the ball. Minimal sore feet. They’re grippy af. Solid. Wish the availability was better. Trying to get some for my son. He’s in the in between sizes from kid to small adult and it’s rough trying to find this color way currently. And they keep changing the color ways. A bit too often imo. Anyways. They’re good. Even if you have wide feet. And obviously they look lights out lol.

Yeah not really my cup of tea tbh. Unfortunately they didn’t have black so I just went for these ones , not really too bothered as a GK anyway. Rest of my kit is more important to me
the color way is just class. How do they feel on the ball tho ? They also look pretty clunky to work with on 3G pitch in Vietnam as I normally see the locals are lots more fond of the lower heel drop ones.
Haven’t used them yet, they do feel amazing though and more comfortable than what I’d usually go for. Interesting about what the locals use, tbh I didn’t do that much research and just asked my friends what they think I should go for and they suggested them. Only play as a GK anyway so they don’t need to be perfect
