First, WOW that is fantastic and inspiring! Thank you for the encouragement! Yes, Christmas will be here in the blink of an eye and I cannot waaaaaait! Lol I never thought about doing 15/15/15.. I am going to try that because that seems more inviting than trying to commit to 30 minutes of exercise I am not used to and feeling like I am just failing. Thank you for that and thank you for reminding me to have grace for myself. That made me want to cry when I read that 🤍 Thank you for being here!

Hello Terry! I think yoga is an excellent choice! Every little bit helps our body build up to the next step, so starting small is perfect! I totally understand that convenient food problem because I have a husband and two teenage boys that can eat what they want and don't suffer from the same pain, but I had to put my foot down for myself and tell them that for a while I can't eat what they eat which is hard because 1.) It's great to have yummy delicious hot cheetos to snack on 2.) I want to be a part of meals with me family but during my realization I had the thought that if I didn't change I would not be around much longer to enjoy the time and be there for them. I think you are strong , I believe you can do it, I support you 100%! Perhaps we can make small improvements together to help our future selves. 💕

I don't think I talked about it in the video but one of my main changes was switching over to an anti inflammatory diet and so far it has helped my body and it's only been a week! @@Faith_Eden Thank you! And yes, the gene for increased risk of cancer in families is caused by a faulty BRCA1 or BRCA2. You might want to talk to your DR about getting genetic testing. This will only tell you if you are at risk for potential cancer, I am not sure if they can detect any actual cancer with the test but might be worth looking into. Of course, the best thing you can do for you regardless is to take good care of you and your body and do the best you can. :)

Hi Faith! I just want to start off by saying that yes, I love your Christmas content, but any video you put out, whatever the content maybe, I will watch because you are real! I wish you nothing but the best in your journey to get healthier i’m stronger. Most of us have been there. I have been there. I was always a skinny kid. Fast-forward to when I was in my early 30s, and I gained so much weight because of sugar and junk food. One of my friends convinced me to join a gym because she wanted to lose some weight for her wedding in a couple of months. I think she went twice in the three months leading up to her wedding. I was hooked! I would come home after work, grab my gym bag, and hit the gym for an hour. I had no kids, and all the time in the world. I loved, lifting weights, spinning class, Boot Camp class. I lost over 30 pounds in a matter of about four months. My body was transformed, my metabolism was super fast. Fast-forward to when I turned 50 and hit menopause. Metabolism is super slow, and eating one cookie is like eating an entire bag. I am now borderline obese at 57 years old, and I am not happy at all. I’m tired, I don’t know what to do or how to go about getting healthier. It’s a real struggle once menopause hits, and I had no idea it would be this way. Maybe your video is the kick in the pants I need to start my journey (again) to getting healthier, so thank you for that! We all really need to be more mindful of what we put in our bodies, and I know how hard that can be. I love my sugar, that is a real problem. I also love my bread lol! Oh man, carbs and sugar, recipe for disaster! I’m rooting for you Faith! 😊 thank you again for sharing and encouraging, not just me, but probably many of your other viewers!
