we're on the highest plan but if you're just starting out, the basic one gives you 3 sub accounts and you can upgrade once you sign more clients (that's how we did)

It will depend on what your needs are and what you want out of your site. From your clients’ perspective they won’t care if a site is built on GHL or Wordpress or WIX. As long as it achieves your business purpose you’re good. For most local businesses and GHL agencies I talk to, a site in GHL accomplishes what they need pretty well. If you need a more robust solution and more customization then Wordpress might be best for you Hope that helps.

@ after I’m done building my company website would I be able to hire you or your brother to add some creative elements to the website and also look it over to see if there is anything else you would add or take away? Make sure it’s optimized to load fast and stuff like that before I actually make the website live, do you guys do that type of thing?

Emulating the lighthouse tool for mobile from your laptop is not super accurate and tends to give lower scores than for desktop. I'd try actual mobile devices and see if the loading speed is noticeably slow. Also to see if your site can still be optimized, add a blank page on that same site (domain) and run the test against your site. You might see that the performance scores really doesn't increase much!

Happy to hear you liked the video! If you scroll down that report, it will show you the reasons. it could be very big images that take a long time to load, using 3rd party tools (widgets, chatbots, or embed elements), and lastly you might have unused or unoptimized code. Hope that helps!

I agree on how recognizable it for us existing users. Just thought it was a cool video to make For new prospects that have never seen their existing site or businesses coming over from other software, I wonder if a refresh could increase conversions (or decrease them for that matter lol)

I’ve never used Wordpress but you’re probably right. I make these videos since I wish I had this type of content when I started using the GHL editor. I’ve now spent over 1000 hours building sites on GHL so I find it straightforward now lol.. you know what they say it’s not the tool but the artist.

You could use @ media queries to make it work on mobile meaning the opacity of the effect is set to 100% always for small displays.. was gonna explain it on the video but didn’t wanna over complicate it.. might drop a video on custom effects for mobile soon

Id like to think that a reason why they might be “getting away” with their current site is that GHL has an insanely good product that sells it self, excellent word of mouth, and it’s endorsed by big names in the industry.
