....Why!?! 😵‍💫 Why did you want to fight that roof sheathing placement through the rafter bay instead of just going up adjacent to a sidewall, sliding it sideways directly on the rafters temporarily holding it in place with a couple of short 2 by 4's fastened from the outside in at the top plates?! You'd of had so much better control of that 4x8 not to mention conserving time and energy, or worse, potentially taking a rather unpleasant "ringer" in the neck if that would have come loose at the wrong time?

It's not the psi you need it's the gpm, minimum of 2.7, but a 3.5 or 4 would make it look like the first pass with that little guy compared to the before wash if that makes sense

I am just finishing my 12x16 shed. I made two 8- foot walls and nailed them together to make 16 feet. only used an extra 2x4 doing so.

Besides the money saved, the sense of achievement. What a way to run a one man show. Much Respect

Probably mentioned (but I'm not reading every comment), but you should have a stone base underneath the "foundation" stones so this thing doesn't eventually sink into the ground.

Have you checked the material costs? A 10x12 , 8 feet high, with one small window, shingle roof, 4x8 siding material= almost 3400 dollars. How is it going to cost you 12x16 under 3000 dollars. ?? With all do respect.

Buy your lumber from a local lumber mill. its about half the price and better quality wood.

You should've bought the "tough shed" you would've got a much better...safer product. ...remember this...they put those things on a truck and drive 60mph down the road bringing it to your house...your shed would break into a million pieces if you tried that. You can see your "loft" bowing under your weight. The floor of your shed was framed with 2x4s. It will definitely not hold any weight...im making my kids an elevated playhouse...im using 2x10s...your walls, flimsy is a nice word ill use...the whole thing was just a bad idea

Cleats are your friends. Put a temp cleat along the edge. Move your scaffold outside, load the decking from there to the roof. At least you learned to add braces on the second wall. I would have started with the end walls framed up and braced. Just remember, back injuries rarely heal completely, it haunts you.
