my 2009 fx35 sounds like it is gargling when you give gas to speed up. IT HAS A DELAY and sound like it is choking before it takes off. Do you have a similar issue with yours? Mine has 220 thou. miles, and still run good.

You dried it at 225 degrees, what temperature did it get before you sucked it into shape?
Hi forming temp for polycarbonate can be 330*-to as high as 375* My temp is around 360*
When I put the thick spring and from there I put the cream base and from there I put the metal base and press to put the clip or safety... I realize that some of the tube has been reduced and I can't put the suguro clip in the slot .. and you can't... what should I do friend?? I can't get to the slot... it's very difficult no matter how much force I apply...
Sorry late with answer sometimes the steering shaft moves down you to hold it up while putting the tool on pressing down

Sorry buddy but You don’t need to take the 6 screws out to take steering wheel off the hub, the wheel come off with the hub.
Hi yes you’re right, but it’s a lot easier to use the puller when steering wheel is off! Thanks for the comment.

At 18:58 the tee fitting is dripping. Also: in order to maximize the longevity of the expansion tank's rubber membrane, configuring the water intake to be at the bottom & Schrader valve at the top seems to be best. For best anti-corrosion, brass or copper pipes may be something to consider, instead of galvanized. The galvanized black pipe used in the video is normally only used for gas lines. May want to have a professional plumber inspect, in case it may be required by the local municipality.
HI saw that also, all fixed, thanks. Installed expansion tank by manufacturer specifications. Agree, black pipe is widely used for water and gas, mainly gas. Galvanize with its zinc coating would be a better choice. Switch it out once I see my modifications work! Thanks, I appreciate your input.
