I’d rather have a house with a pool rather than build one.
Biggest mistake I made was accepting buying a house in Phoenix without a pool. 15 years on and I HATE it. And now prices are simply nuts.

Mesa PD might be THE most corrupt police in the entire country. Feds should make an example out of this entire Police Department and the city offcials that enabled their injustices. Why did Mesa rehire Philip Mitchell Brailsford and give him his pension after he blatantly murdered Daniel Shaver? They also allowed fellow murderer Charles Langley to retire and now he is hiding out in the Philippines.

hmm - this area is water challenged. what's the value of a beautiful home in the middle of the desert and there's no water. magical thinking will fix this I guess....
