નમસ્તે. આરોગ્યની જાગૃતિ અને કાળજી માટે આપના વિડિયો ખૂબ સરસ હોય છે. ધન્યવાદ. મારે એક વાત તરફ ધ્યાન દોરવું છે. મેં જોયું છે કે આપણે ત્યાં શ્રાદ્ધ પક્ષમાં ખીરની સાથે ખાટા પદાર્થો પણ બનતાં હોય છે. કઢી, દહીં વડાં વગેરે. જો કે હું આ ટાળું છું. પણ અનેક ઘરોમાં થાય છે. જમવામાં ખીરની સાથે છેલ્લે છાશ પણ હોય છે. એ કેટલું યોગ્ય છે?
