Callie good day i have a problem installing the wifi license key which port i put the usb drive at the top or in the bottom i get an error message "Error:No instrument directory found on storage device" and im using an ordinary usb 8GB i follow the instruction always error. i hope you can help me and I hope you make a tutorial how to install the license for others to follow.Thank you very much and more power

Does a person need to have a fluke connect account before they can be invited? I’m trying to add someone but, after entering their email, it won’t let me send the invite to that person.

how to run this software in my macOS?

I've got a 289 with the ir3000 FC connector. When I pull it up in the app I'm not seeing an option to download the data from the tool. I'd like to be able to record for more than 10mins and then get at that data to send it on. Why am I not seeing the button on the app? I just get an i symbol for device info and an x symbol to remove the device

I just got the camera TC01A but the app that suppose to be installed together with the camera after i pht it to my phone not appearing at all. The Qr code is showing me broken link so what should i do now how can I use my camera?

Fluke sell instruments in some countries but doesn't allow fluke connect installation in that countries. Fortunately you can install it with 3th party apk mirror site. And of course when you ask when it will be possible to install software through play store, they completely ignore youu,

your fluke software is crap and always has been. using smart view, any build it gets into generating a report then locks up and quits. it has been an issue since you first released it and has never been fixed, i would think a company who has the highest market share of selling test equipment you could actually make software that works with it

36.20 in video, If you hit the reference point in a marker, the delta for the other points show up in picture and on the markers to the left. If you hit save, and re enter the file. Reference and delta dissapears. Frustrating, since I need the delta to show on my report. Now, the report always show nothing on Delta. The picture doesnt seem to save the delta data or that i have selected a marker as a reference marker.
