This is such an awesome tribute, and it makes me smile more and more with every video I watch. Edit: That crowd! 😃😃😃 Edit 2: I just compared this and the LWAN performance of 5150, and they're in the same key! Mikey's hitting that note like it's 1986 for real, and Sammy's not holding back. I'm blown away.

Michael is the most down to earth, humble, and seemingly normal guy in Van Halen. Nobody in their whole career ever has anything bad to say about him.

I was there man! The Mavericks also put on a Hell of a show but I was there primarily as a Yoakum fan. Tell you what, even though tis looks like it was filmed on a potato video camera the sound is very impressive! I was sitting right smack in the middle of the seating area. Mavericks sounded fine but I felt Yoakum's set was too LOUD! Still a great show. What was the name of the young man opened up the show?

I went looking for this specifically because I knew he was on the road with Daryl Hall and man, this is a mess. Everything about it - his voice, the terrible ballad interpretation, the meandering band. Wow. And keep in mind, I love EC and this song.
