Boomstick BBQ is all about good food. Over the years of cookeing and learning RUclips has always been a source of info for me to learn. I figured it was time to give back and help others learn as well. We use a Big Green Egg mainly but will also use other tools. We have a Blackstone Griddle and a Sous Vide that really make some killer food too.
Beef Ribs on the Big Green Egg (Wagyu)
I had the opportunity to get my hands on some Wagyu beef ribs. We smoked them on the Big Green Egg. The flavor these had were out of this world. We cooked the ribs at 275 for a little over six hours until the meat was as tender as could be.

A man that can’t eat a whole ribeye is not a man at all
Everybody uses the beer/soda can wrong! First, get a can opener and open the top. This will release more steam and flavor into the chicken. Next never use cold beer. I would heat it up along with all the other increase like butter and garlic. Then put the chicken on top, then onto the grill. Warm beer will heat up faster and infuse more flavor into the chicken!
Pro tip: Cover your platesetter with foil, then you won't have a mess. Also consider setting a drip tray under the ribs. Unless of course you like the taste of ribs on everything you cook in your egg.
What size grill is this? We are trying to decide between large or extra large green egg
This is the large egg. It’s a great size for a family and can cook for a small crowd.

Ive always wondered about snake river farms. Ive looked at some of their stuff man that wagyu looks so good I just cant push myself past prime prices I know Im missing out

I have seen it on skewers several places in Maryland. Bull on the Beach certainly does and it’s some of the best.

Like your kid Boomy, your method and simple prep. IMHO simple prep is best for ribs on the BGE. But that wasn't good smoke budroe.

Damn he didn’t even bury his before opening it. I got a feeling that we’re going to be seeing a video with all of his burned off his arm! 😂
At 250 deg. F you don't usually see the blow out that causes burns. Ive only seen the blow out occur when grilling at very high temperatures, say above 450 deg F.
Tried the recipe. Fail. Followed directions. Got the temps right, times right. Chicken never reached 168*. Holes from probe gushed juices. Several in fact testing temp. Meat was red, skin was chewy, and meat was sort of tough. This was my second attempt. Strike two. No more. Gotta quit taking everyone's word on how easy things are.
I'm going to try this method. For some reason I can't keep charcoal burning

Good video u got all the tools for cooking it right u should try to make pulled pork that far white bold dude on utube put his in Tin foil and added mad stuff. That would look so juicy and good I never seen enyone make spicy pulled pork ribs before that would be interesting like put jalapeños or ghost peppers sauce or somthing that would be a super interesting video

Burnt can chicken
Yeah putting them back on direct heat straight up burned the skin and sauce. Keep them over indirect brush the sauce on and let them sit on the grill for 2-3 minutes. I appreciate you sharing your style of cooking wings.
Amazing results with the big green egg and ribeye! Ironically, the cheese and the ribeye are the most healthy foods. Not the potato. 😅

@@TheWabinator they really are worth it for this. Also helps when anting time cut jerky up if you like making some.
