Additionally, Idaho Code I.C. 49-105(16) defines "Driver’s license" as a license or permit issued by the department or by any other jurisdiction to an individual which authorizes the individual to operate a motor vehicle or commercial motor vehicle on the highways in accordance with the requirements of title 49, Idaho Code. So, using noscitur a sociis and/or gjusdem generis, the term individual means "legal entity" engaged in business or for hire upon the highways.
