Thank you, this was fun to see 😀
Slimane ❤❤❤
seem you 2 had fun. glad for you. Hope one day I'll get to experience such a wonder, even If I have to sell my kidney ))
looks amazing, I wanna go too someday
Re title the video. Cruise line, date. You will ar least get views. Your title is too generic.
Cool trip. Very interesting video, nice places, landscapes, views, streets and architecture. Nice to watch your video. Greetings
Pleased to see you took advantage of the all Prince Rupert BC has to offer, all that kayaking and world renowned fish charters people from all around the world come here, but really don't just come here to look at a pup. Be more inventive how about a Grizzly bear tour, Whale watching, harbor tours or check out the performing arts center, all the native culture and Beautifull art work by local artist. Fishing on the Beautifull Skeena River or dinning at the Crest ,you missed it all, you didn't come to Prince Rupert you came to a pup!! how sad.
Hi. Actually we loved Prince Rupert and we did more than the video showed. We also just like to go where the real locals go too which is why we went to the Moby Pub. We are not water people or into fishing but we did hike and loved the many hiking spots so don't worry we do know it's a great spot. :)
My hometown love it! Hope you enjoyed it!! ❤
Please tell me how comfortable life is for you on the island in summer and winter. Is the weather cold? I was offered a job in Prince Rupert, but before I go I would like to hear about the climate there. Thank you)
@@izraelish well this summer so far has been awesome! We can get a lot of rain but this year that’s not the case at all. Our winters are usually mild but we do get some arctic outflows and it’s a little cold but they don’t last long. We are pretty comparable to Vancouver. Try it for a while and see how you like it!
Did you go?@@izraelish
@@randyreal5871 yes 5 months here
Nice! Do you like it?@@izraelish
Should stay away from annucation school late nights there lot of weirdos hang around that area
Im going to australia end of december. A road trip from brisbane to adelaide. I am not sure if it is a good idea since the weather will be super hot 😢
December can be off and on with the weather. Sometimes it's super nice especially south of Brisbane. Brisbane is tropical and the wet season from basically November onwards but south is dry. Should be decent don't worry. Adelaide is a hit and miss....sometimes could be mid. 20s and other times mid 40s!
Fullers Ferry Auckland NZ is horribly overpriced crap service! Covid rising in the community and they offer no masks! Irresponsible - not taking safe care of their customers. All Fullers cares about is $$$$$$$$$$ - not their customers! Avoid!
It's probably not too difficult to verify the murder stories, because newspapers of the times would have been all over such scandals. If no news reports, then it's the stuff of legends! :)
I’m glad you enjoyed PR. I love living here. The Moby is the place to be LATE in the evening LOL. You’re better off at the wheelhouse in the early evening
... well, this is amazing ... I was expecting a story about a 'Norman' (Valet)? ... over thirty years ago, while I was an employee of the Banff Centre for the Arts ... a Security Guard asked me out for a night-cap to the Rob Roy Room ... it was about 11 p.m. when we arrived at the Hotel & if I remember correctly, we took the stairwell, immediately to the left entering the Lobby ... we had only gone up to the first corner turn when there appeared just stepping down from the lower few stairs, a gentleman in a maroon jacket, with straight black hair ... he was very friendly, with a nice smile & said; 'Good evening ... may I take your luggage'? ... the Security Guard & I, immediately looked at each other in wonderment as we were not carrying any luggage, ... & we quickly declined saying, no thank you ... we proceeded up the stairs, but just in that second we realized how odd the occurrence was ...we glanced back & there was no one on the stairs ... vanished ... I remember a name tag: Norman ... ???? ... he was very old-fashioned vintage looking, maybe from the 20's or 30's .. but, he was very real ... no shadowy figure ...
Thanks for your comments! Yeah it was Sam the Bellman but who knows there could be more ... I mean I feel such a connection to the place that I would haunt or hang out there gladly when I passed! :)
@@redlegs99 ... well, Jason ... I wish you the happiest of heaven ... not to linger or remain an estranged soul from the beautiful Source we have in our Heavenly Father & His Son, our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ ... it is a mysterious wonder that we have wrinkles in time ... & those such as James Praagh that seem to be the amazing one's that 'assist' the lost soul over into the threshold of Heaven ... many mysteries ... how delicate and sensitive is the 'fabric' of time ... I've now returned to Banff for the fabulous health of the environment of pure air, water, pine scented winds, the magnificent strength of the mountains that fill the soul with true courage ... inspirations ... the mountains have a mineral strength that is so healthy .. I don't think of them as ominous at all, but a real blessing ... I shout out of my heart 'hi, Honies, I'm Home' LOL
I worked at BSH in the summers of 1963 and '63. At that time the hotel was open only in the summer and almost all of the service staff were university students from across Canada and a few from abroad - Uk, South Africa, Australia. The housemaids lived in the towers which apparently today are much-desired guest rooms. Most of the other staff lived in the annex (accessed via a tunnel) or the smaller residence down toward the golf clubhouse - why can't I remember its name? All the staff ate in the "Beanery" in the hotel basement. Now these areas, too, are guest rooms it appears. It was a great summer job.
Hey John. Love that thank you! Yeah the Bean I think it was called and not the Beanery was there when in worked where in 96 too. I loved eating the cheap lunches there from the vending machines! Lol. I think the area you are referring too where staff used to stay was the Manor and Tudor wing as it was called when I was there. Love that place! Great memories!
Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!
Great tour! Thanks!
That's awesome, I've been working in a haunted hotel. Saw one ghost at same time as my colleague so wasn't a trick of the mind. Have several other stories like you, also a couple of photos that indicate ghostly activity.
Very cool
Why did you even bother to show the pictures in the gallery? You didn't even let us see them or explain any of them
Hi, I thought it would make the video even longer by spending more time on the pics. I thought at least one could pause the video to look at them further.
In 1:23 look on the right an there is a white thing in there
Where ? I don't see it.
Love this!
You're a genius Jason, I think I'll do the tour for sure.. Just got to retire so I can take my time...
Awww thanks Jan! Can you believe this was almost 20 years ago!?? Time flies!!
@@redlegs99 no, you don't look any older therefore I thought it was last week. 💃 Feel like a numbster now. 😂
I'm also obsessed with Banff and the BSH (worked there 88/89/90). So my frequent Banff youtube searches alwas seem to lead me to more fun and cool Banff videos! Thanks for sharing, and the Waldorf video is fun too!! Cheers from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia - missing Banff and the Rockies right now ... I have the YT channels "Banff Driving" and "On The Lake Banff" (a fishing show I made in Banff back in 2012!!) :: ruclips.net/user/onthelakebanff
Hey thanks for the video. I'm hoping to book a room here for a week this summer. Was the room you showed a deluxe room? What is the difference between a deluxe room and a fairmont room considering such a big price difference with no visual differences in the pictures.
Hi! Thanks for watching my video! It's been so long since I worked there that I don't exactly know what they call the room we were in. However I know that the Fairmont Rooms are normally a little smaller and the Deluxe Rooms are larger. It used to be more expensive based on the view but now it is based on the size mostly I believe. Anyway check out their website as it will give you more information. www.fairmont.com/banff-springs/accommodations/ Enjoy!
When did you work here in 1996? I was still in Vancouver at the time....and I do not remember this?
Its the reason I came to Canada on a working Visa in 1996. I didn't move to Vancouver until 2000 after a couple of years in Edmonton too. :)
@@redlegs99 I thought you came to Canada before 1996. I feel like I knew you for 100 years, and I arrived in Vancouver 1970???? Do you mean that I only knew you for 10 years????? WOW, THAT BLOWS MY MIND!! Honestly I thought I knew you in the 90's.....first met you at the Travel Group!! Haven't watched all this as yet, but I know that I am going to enjoy it!!
I am so honored that I was able to be part of your special day ! Love to you both. I wish you many years of happiness. xo
Great place, great song... Spent 6 weeks there when I was ten. My dad ran an island called Hideaway. It was New Hebrides then and the French side was exotic to me... What am I gonna do in Vanuata? Snorkel out from the island so far I can't see it, with about twenty dark, friendly, indigenous teenagers... ❤️
Super spooky I loveeee this video! I myself create similar content and I’m looking for smaller channels like mine to make friends with and help support each other and help our channels grow and you have talent so I’d love to offer that support to you and I look forward to seeing what you create from here on out ❤️ keep up the great work!
