when you create windows image, the file extension of image file is .wim format, you just put the wim file in the source folder, next you create an ISO file with using NTLite software. after create you will be able to boot your created Windows OS. Thank you .

HDAT 2 try to fix normal and moderate type of bad sector, i think your hard disk faced serious type of bad sector. it might not to fix permanently. but you can unpartitioned that space. use only good sector of hard disk. ex: 500 GB HDD, after the scan software show your HDD bad sector. if first 20 GB have 1 or more bad sectors detected. you totally unpartitioned that space (unallocated space) . 480 GB fully useable. and you have to install windows on this partitions. your OS never crash again. but sadly to say it is not possible to make the health of the hard disk 100% anymore, because it has serious bad sectors.

HDAT2 will, in a lot of cases, fix the bad sectors, but once those bad sectors have been recorded in the SMART tables, other software will often still report the repaired sectors as bad. Sometimes HDAT2 needs to be run over the bad sectors multiple times. Running chkdsk with the '/b' argument will confirm whether the bad sectors have been repaired or not. With some hard drives you can clear the bad sector table, but it is a bit of a complicated process. Also, does your hard drive with Windows installed happen to be a SSD instead of a HDD? Never, EVER run HDAT2 on a SSD; it will drastically reduce its lifespan due to how HDAT2 works. It writes multiple times to every sector of a hard drive. A SSDs lifespan depends on how many write cycles have been performed on it. If it was a SSD, the damage has been done and I would advise to replace it.

@@Jason-co9ep no , the windows was installed on another hdd but i was about to buy the SSD in those days but then i used the HDD form my laptop to install windows on it and repair te BAD HDD. @@danishanwar3491 The bad sector table is data that the drive firmware stores as part of the SMART system. It is typically in non-volatile memory on the hard drive controller board.The drive's firmware detects when it has difficulty reading or writing to a particular sector and records it there. As far as tools to repair a SSD, to my knowledge there are none. When a SSD shows signs of failure it is best to perform a backup if possible and replace it. Same advice goes for HDDs really, but I have repaired drives that only show a few bad sectors with HDAT2 and used them for years after. Other times I have used HDAT2 and it finished killing off the HDD, so your results may vary. If possible, always try to do a backup before running HDAT2 or similar tools (spinrite, hdd regenerator, etc.)

@@achiyanmondal5058 actually windows 11 didn't support old hardware based computer. Windows 11 installation main criteria TPM 2.0 and secure boot enable on bios. You can run win 11 any computer when you bypass this criteria. You can create your own Windows 11 ISO. I already made some videos on this topic.

@@computereducationunlocked4940 i saw that. And yep secure boot, tpm 2.0 is their main goal. But pc's that has those do not come cheap. It is what it is. Microsoft could have made separate OS for systems which supports those requirements fully and keep windows 10 as their last windows version. Most of people cannot or do bot have access to hardware that supports the requirements. Windows 11 feels like android OS with extra steps.

In the ISO Making process you would not be able to update win 11, after installing windows 11 you would be able to update your operating system.
