My favorite hangout spot in the summer. Great ice-cream place there as well. Last time i did my walks at Lafarge park with all beautiful lights. Unfortunately back in the Netherlands right now.

When I was in Vancouver last week of September and going into the first couple of days in October , was in gas town to get some souvenirs to bring back to Ottawa, I tried a donut from lees donuts and I was really impressed by the quality and the taste ,whole lot better than Timmy’s so in your past videos Jerome.

I totally agree with the last person who commented on your work Jerome and for someone like to wake up in the early morning go to your normal job and doing these videos and live streaming takes a lot of time you and your partner have done and still doing it day after day says you really enjoy that extra work showing your viewers all the parts of Vancouver and area towns where you used to live just totally fantastic and I watched them on my big screen tv back here in Ottawa and you having viewers not just here in Canada but probably anywhere in the world so keep it up like you always say at end of narrated have a great day.

Interesting to see the reflection of the Fairmont Hotel in the building across the street. It is a magnificent building. Also saw the sign pointing to the Tourist Information place. We visited there on our first visit to Vancouver in April 2017 and were very pleased with the help they gave us. Thank you for this.

Brought back memories for me . I lived and worked there briefly in 1990. Looks and is so vastly changed. Coquitlam Center Mall was there and I went there then but that is about it. Great to see!

Thanks for this. We visited the Sun Yat Sen gardens a couple of times. On our first visit to Vancouver it was closed for renovations. We went the next time and thought that it was OK, but we have better Chinese Gardens here in New Zealand - especially the one in Dunedin. A lot of Chinese people came here in the 1800's to work in the gold mines - pretty much the same as they went to Canada and the USA. The neighbourhood did not make it any more pleasant either. I liked the classical older buildings in Strathcoma though.

Great weather to get some nice walks in around town! I also enjoy walking through Chinatown, especially along Pender with all the beautiful architecture of the benevolent society buildings. Strathcona is a great area too, some lovely old houses and gardens over there. Enjoy your weekend, Jerome!
