She dose have capacity but the staff are shouting at her and not letting her see me or come home. By law she should of come home at 18 and never did so I don't know we're she is. And iv had two different judges saying I was allowed contact with Ellie and there ignoring me and the court order s . Plus Ellie s human rights act 6 and 8 are not meet. And I wasn't allowed to the second proceeding s. So it's unfair trial . Plus there trying to criminalize me in things I haven't done. Defamation of character. Hilltop bursaldon Southampton isn't registered under the mental health act or regulated plus phoning the police on me for harassment. There saying I don't have any insight well if there is no communication there isn't going to be any insight . Plus I don't have the court order there saying I put it on social media . I am as always heartbroken to hear this ladies plight. May God protect the babies. Reading... no different than any other area... trafficking our children for cash. I was born in Reading... but sadly the social services there are as corrupt as everywhere else.

Wow...this is so sad and angering all at the same time. I find it so disturbing, they will basically kidnap children from parents like you and Brittany yet leave other children that really do need help to the wolves. We have all seen and heard the countless stories. Its heartbreaking.. I don't understand it. I believe Brittany, yet even IF she did have a substance issue thats no reason to steal her children. Shes done nothing wrong, she doesn't even have a criminal record. I just don't get it. Im keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for sharing your stories hugs Stay strong! Today I'm honored to speak to Brittany Whitworth, a beautiful 36 year old young woman who had her 2 children taken away on December 17, 2021, just a few days before Christmas, by 4 police officers under duress. This happened in Virginia, United States of America. CPS ("child protective services") took her 21-month-old daughter, named Freyja, and her 8-year-old son, named Tylee, on false heroin charges. Despite a hair test proving this to be false, her children are still with strangers until today. Brittany exposed her case on American television news and knows that she was judged by her appearance, her pink hair and the fact that she was “skinny”. She has never been given a chance of reunion with her children until today. We talked about the well known Senator Nancy Schaefer and the famous singers Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington who were exposing the CPS and ended up “committing suicide”. Brittany has two white, Caucasian children, but in child protective services they are referred to as black, this just shows how "copy and paste" the bundles are made. Today I'm honored to speak to Kerrie Goodwin, who shares her heartbreaking story. Kerrie was sexually abused alleged by her mother, and an auntie reported her concecerns to social services. But, because her mother was able to do beautiful cushions to her house, social services trusted that she only could be a good mother, despite Kerrrie´s hospital records been massive. Social services said to Kerrie that they couldnt do anything for her because she never complained with 18 months of the abuse, Kerrie was only 3 years old. Kerrie has 4 children, a 21 years old teenage that lives with her at the moment; a 12 years old; a 11 years old and a 21 months old baby. She has never been given a chance with the baby. She was allegedly sexually abused as a child and was not protected by the social service and now that was allegedly used against her. She had all her blue eye children taken into adoption and long-term foster care. Her 4 years and 10 months old were taken, in 2012, and separated from each other. And then in 2023, she did everything she was told to keep her baby, but her 6-month-old baby was taken for adoption. She has been asked so-called “important” questions like: “where is your baby when you were having sex?” and many more others. I lost my son in 2017 when both you and Samantha were going through what you were with your children. I am in awe of any mother who can take this cause to this level, well done. My story is one of far too many, and I genuinely hope that one day a public inquiry into Social Service Malpractice happens. Our children are being sold for profit, child removal is not about protecting children, it is about profit for 'support' services.

This is becoming increasingly common . Mothers should be supported not undermined . As you note-often the Court Papers are found to be fraudulent with a little research . Heart breaking and cruel . The minimum support should be a restraint order on violent partners . Unfortunately mothers under this degree of pressure ( what might happen with the children ) asking for help is a double edged sword which can make an already vulnerable mother even more at risk from the Authorities themselves . An awful lose lose situation .

This is traumatic, sending so much love to this lady and her precious children. I really hope she can be with her kids again.

They tried that with us, too, but didn't win in a visitation battle that lasted a little over ten years. We are in a global patriarchal war against women. I can only recommend to not gift children to the system anymore. South korean young women started the 4b-movement. I applaud that. 🙂
