Love this game. Working on through to Brood War.

Howdy! Thanks for watching and for the compliment. By all means, download the game and get terraforming. It is a lot of fun and they keep adding more. If you want to get your feet wet 1st before buying, they still offer a demo on Steam that gets you into the early part.

Hi Greg! Thanks for watching. I started playing this again for that very reason. I plan to complete the series and then do Brood War. I wish the 2 non-blizzard expansions (Retribution and Resurrection) were available to complete the series but, alas, they are unofficial. Let me know if there is anything you would like to see specifically during the playthrough. I'm a couple missions ahead of posting but will add in anything I can.,

Hi Gurgsnekr! Thanks for stopping by to watch. Yeah, I see them doing that but seldom pay attention to it. I lose a few guys here and there but just accept it as par for the course. I also seldom use that feature though I probably should. You said you played this back in 98 (same as me), do you remember the 2 addon expansions made by other companies? They were named Retribution and Resurrection. I loved those two also. Too bad they are not official and aren't included with the remastered version. I'll be doing Brood Wars when i am done with this playthrough and possible StarCraft 2.

​@@Oatik I remember there were expansions, but I only picked up Brood War. I did learn about them 2 years ao when I checked out StarCraft Mass Recall. It is a mod that uses the SC 2 engine and applies it to the SC 1 missions. Kind of like a remaster of game done by someone else. I thought they did a pretty good job with it. I believe Mass Recall included those campaigns in the mod. This game was so much fun back then because it was so different. I was never really that good at this game, but I kept coming back to play. Looking forward to watching you go through the rest of the story!

Appreciate your input. I think we figured it out in the next episode. I kept thinking we hadn't shot too many rockets off and missed one. But, in the end, I missed the item in the build list. We put one out on the waterline near the new base front door and will probably line the water with more and use different trees.

@@Oatik once you unlock the tier 2 and 3 tree spreaders you can put them anywhere. It's only the tier 1 that has to be on water the rest are on land

@@calisi9635 Awesome, i believe we are close to tier 2s. I took a few days off to work on another game (posting soon) but will be putting up the next Planet Crafter either Thursday evening or Friday morning.
