Loud commercials interrupting the meditation kills it so much

This is strong, even i didnt project, I felt super big, hands and body vibrates I try like 15+ years and never enjoy projection. I can get trans, but im not able to fly, or leave my body even i try. Can you help me please?

listened to this while going to bed, on waking up was not feeling negative emotions the whole day and people were not sending me negative energy as the other days🙏

This one knocks me out right away but i always wake up about 45 mins in screaming while still asleep my heart pounding and feeling really disassociated. The dreams always start out good but then take an extremely terrifying turn. Honestly i think this is because in my awake life i bottle so much bullshit up and never let it out. I feel like my body is trying to rid my pent up anger out.

So when im really stoned from weed i vibrate hard only left my body for a second,it was like a jolt out an bk in, since ive stopped the weed i can't even vibrate at all,i hope to do it without the weed!if it keeps doing it im smoking again!!😂

Amazingly beautiful! Paul I am dumbfounded! I am astonished to experience it! I am able to feel my lighter self. Where it went I cannot tell but it was definitely out of my body. For sometime it seemed to be hovering in a dilapidated building for I discovered myself beside a broken window sill. The moment of returning was a bit painful. Something forcefully seemed to enter into my consciousness and I cried out. Then I became aware of my surroundings and your voice which was still playing! Thank you for this wonderful experience! Worthy of remembrance!
