For those who are still wondering about this heist, in setups 3 and 4, you only need to get 1 set of gear & weapon (should be point B because it is very fast, just need to shoot a few enemies to get it), and 1 getaway vehicle (should also be at point B, because it is usually the fastest, closest to Vincent's lookup, and also the easiest to get) In setup 5, you just need to use a gun with a suppressor to kill all the enemies (when the enemy's witness time is not over yet) and then drill to get the keycard In the finale, after leaving the garage with the getaway vehicle, call the Mechanic and get the Kuruma (or Duke O Death if you don't have the Kuruma yet), then get in the car and drive to the meeting point, and you have easily completed the heist without too much effort
