How hard is it to make something like this?
Once you have the wiring diagrams, and know wiring very well not very hard, however time consuming yes. Custom harness jobs run 3-4k worth of labor depending on complexity.

This might be a dumb question, but where is your air intake? That tube that says EuroJet is for the FMIC? I want to buy this setup, but most intakes I have seen mount right where the catch can is sitting..so I am confused.
Yes, you'd need to modify the intake pipe for clearance. Generally if using silicone style you can trim it to accommodate, with others you'd need a custom intake. The eurojet pipe is for the FMIC yes.

Wow you've really got these tea teas sorted, especially for someone without a British accent😅. I've done the sai/evap/n249/? delete to my 225 roadster with no negative effects on fuel economy, acheived 29mpg through the cascade mountains and back with a 9"6' longboard strapped to the top. And of course staying out of the turbo. Do you guys offer a k04 upgrade for the 225q? Something bolt in like that Frankenturbo?

What turbo inlet pipe are you using..
We aren't using an inlet pipe this a sidewinder setup, no inlet is being used straight turbo.
@Carrottoptuning nice so it's a mafless tune... What about the exhaust from turbo to down pipe?? I am looking into getting gt25 550 for my mk4 gti but can't find something to connect to my 3" down pipe since it's a vband
@@miguelsolares9013 The vehicle is a hood exit car, so no downpipe. It uses an uppipe.
Have you ever had someone try and use this harness on a b5 Passat or a4

Best products and quality in everting, i use a lot parts on my GTI and absolute happiness for found this brand.
So the 4 wires that go to the injectors i get, the blue red purple green, but the injector plug has 2 wires, where does the other 2nd wire go on all 4 injectors?
Im really lost can yall please help me out, i just wanna know where the 2nd wire goes into the new connector/what color do they match with?
@@13marting Its really simple, the other wire on the injectors is Yellows which are your 12V ign positives, they are located on pin DT1-2. Please note, the wire colors on our harness do not match the factory wiring, so you will need to pull up a factory wiring diagram for your specific vehicle, and connect accordingly. This is an overview, professional installation is always recommended.

@@Carrottoptuning Just saying. Have seen bad things happen by doing pulls when the engine is cold. Like bearings letting off etc. Better to be safe than sorry, specially with twins that are torque monsters.
@@Lolitofuneko Agreed just haven't came across this issue with engines that are built correctly over the years, can do a 45psi pull on the VW without any issues when its cold. This beemer is getting a tear down anyways once it goes single Turbo soon.
@@Carrottoptuning more likely with engines with forged internals since they tend to have more play when cold.
@@Lolitofuneko Agreed, all depends on the build though, all our engines are built to factory specs as far as bearing clearances, etc so should be a non issue. Although anything is possible can agree there!
Hey there I'm looking into some parts for the genesis coupe like a hks bov and adapter plate, what all do you have for my platform?
i installed mine. but MHD reading 20% ethanol when ive been on 93%. 1.02 ECA voltage. ive tried different ground double checked the pins and wiring. if you happen to know how i should trouble shoot this please let me know.
Ours has been consistent with the ethanol content from the install. Verify all the connections were done correctly to confirm. Have you flashed an actual flexfuel file, and which E% log selection are you using there are 3 total.
The same exact thing happened to me. I’ve been through 2 modules now. Did you ever get it figured out? Mine reads 20% on 91. Same eca voltage as yours. Motiv keeps ducking me. Won’t reply to any emails so I’m kinda stuck. @KingKhu0ng

Nah no boost leak if you are talking about the whining noise, most likely turbo bearings going out. Will be replacing them pretty soon as they smoke like a mf.

E85 AWP engine for sure, sounds like 500hp
Very interested in your setup. Need some more details. AMU or BEA head? Is this a 225 too? Any porting done at all? Bigger intake manifold?
This is an AWP head, this engine is just a drop in rods engine that was built back in 2012. As it stands everything on the top end is stock, cams, mani, etc. Will be upgrading the manifold to a large plenum soon, and a large TB as well. Cams, maybe but don't really need.
