Lottie & Albert Beginner Box Opening

In terms of price points and comparing to Crochet Society, it's not too dissimilar in value. The yarn here is Aran weight so it it justifies their pricing. However, you only get to make one design. The book itself is jam-packed with step by step instructions and photos, which is great for beginners. I still would've liked to see a small token gift, though like a stitch marker or something.

Zingy Chocolate Lime green yarn! Pretty straight forward pattern today since these are stitches that have featured before on the blanket. Currently on track in time for the big day!

A lot of work in this one but what a gorgeous outcome! As predicted, bobbles filled in the ch-sp created the day before. The blanket is piling up on the lap and is becoming quite a handful to turn but during these cold, British winters, it's a blessing!

Ooh..some concentration required for Row 3 here. Take your time. I pinched the next stitches along so I could see that the hole(s) before them were the ones I should ONLY crochet into!

Day 13 is looking great with clusters in Strawberry Milkshake. Poking through the top of the chains to make sc/dc is easier but takes some concentration still!
