Seattle Seahawks introductions @ Centurylink Field

Awesome intro announcing the Seattle Seahawks defensive unit against the Jets - 2012 12th man in full affect. Seahawks sure know how to host a good football experience. I've been to other NFL football stadiums and Centurylink Field is definitely the loudest by far. Many people scream at the top of their lungs with earplugs on!! Just crazy loud!
Does your E39 need a new fan clutch?

Whats going on guys! I've been getting temperature spikes on my E39 while on the freeway sitting in traffic which can really be worrisome. The last thing I want is my car overheating while sitting in traffic with no shoulder to park in. I finally diagnosed my car with a faulty fan clutch. In this video I explain how to test yours to find out if its good or not. BMW and other German car parts si...

Shooting a Beretta 92 FS

At the gun range shooting one of the most reliable 9mm out there, the Beretta 92 FS.
U left out a very important part. How do you hook the cable into the new handle AND get the cable in the new guide. Not easy.
Fan broke and water pump
Thanks for the help 10 years in the future!😂
I have so much problems with the hook.... I can't hang it in the new one
I just did this job at my E39 528i 12/97. Remove the 2 screws, leave al the wires/switches connected. Pull the top part of the panel lose, tip it over the black knob on the left, then towards you and you have plenty of space to install the new doorhandle. Took me 15 minutes. I did not want to take the risk removing connectors from switches because also that plastic is 25 years old and could brake just like that. When pulling the top part of the door cover lose, sit on yr feet, place yr knees to the lower door cover part, then everything stays allined and no plastic clips will brake off.
Great video how to on how to do it and he says you guys should know how to do it Lmao dumbass fosho
Thank you for video.Tomorow I buy, and I try single. I ask in one service and îs 90 euro 😅😅😅
Last fryday,i brocke seame, and i open the door seame 😅😅😅😅
thanks . short and sweet
Didn't show shit waste of time should be banned
A car this old, there are a lot of parts cars out there. Just get one from a part out. Forget paying new prices
Amazing video..thanks
My cable looks different n my handle ..damn
Bullshit information. When the engine i cold, at the morning for example, if you cant stop fan, it means that it stucked. And it have to be spined by hand freely. What you said its all false :) Fan never works all the time, it only kicks in when its needed of high tempeture, other time it just spins mechanically by the intertia. So, when engine is cold - you have to stop ir by paper or hand, when the engine is warm - you shouldnt, thats how it should work correctlly. In your case, when you put brand new one, sometimes this happens, that means that you got bad one, or, it shoul stand on the car for a while. REMINDER - fan clush cant be layed down horizontaly, it always shoul stand vertically.
Now my fan is running always when I put more gas. It won't get silenced when I go faster. What is wrong? Fan is running even when the engine is cold. Temperatures are normal always, so the engine has not been over heated
Appreciate this video, thanks brother! I needed this so bad haha. Forget all the hater comments, they must be uneducated enough to listen. Thanks again :)
WTH...gossed over the most critical part?
It is normally said that the door card must be removed, the dangers of damaging stuff is high. Ignore the haters here, if they can’t work out how to do it through the hole, they should give their money to a stealer.
Thanks for filming a shit video
Aaaaaand the cable just snapped after I replace it...
So how did u do it
What kind of instruction video is this?? You just showed the finished product! Thanks for nada!Q@
Hey man I don't care what these other people say, Because of your video, I was able to fix both the drivers and passenger side doors on my car!!! It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish!!! Thanks again!
Mike Collins glad to hear it worked for you.
I’ve had a few of these and the worst offender is my 98’ 528i.. the thing sounds like a diesel bus. I can tell you this ISN’T how it should be, I’ve got a 523i 2.5 and it sounds absolutely stunning, no noticeable fan noise just that incredible straight 6 engine note. The same with my 540i before the vanos died,no big fan just pure V8 rumble. I really thought the 528 would be one of the purest sounding but I am yet to hear the engine note over the fan, it also stops when a bit of paper is put in there so I will swap them over and see what’s what. She has done 180K though..
No action talk only
11 min for 10 seconds of useful instructions. Get your shit together
At 522 I really can't show you exactly how ha ha funnieee
New Sub!! Great Info. Thx.
Skipped the most important part. dumbass.
I just bought one and when I accelerate it’s really loud. I took to my trusty mechanic and he said it’s the fan clutch. Hopefully once replaced it won’t sound so damn loud
Did you ever got it fix because it makes a lot of noise when I accelerate on mines too?
@@DragonTailDiabloBlkDT-ACEdid you ever end up fixing this problem i’m having the same thing
@@Matt999. yes it’s the fan to tight.
My sons 2000 528i fan exploded. Major dents and paint chips on hood. Busted radiator hose. Destroyed fan shroud. I believe it was unbalanced for a while affecting the smoothness of the engine, but he got bad advice from an import “repair” shop and boom💥$$
You gave viewers wrong information. The fan clutch should engage completely as the engine getting hot. Cold engine fan clutch should supposed to stop when paper cardboard sticked in. And your fan itself should be rigid with slightly flexible. Otherwise it will break easily with slight impact.
ruclips.net/video/MN4f3BJCOGA/видео.html hi this is mine fan clutch problem or no?
Useless
As per other comments, get the hook in first, (Swiss Army knife with so-called 'multi-purpose hook' is very helpful ) then twist upside-down so the sticky-out part goes inside the door first. Then you need to pull quite hard, while reaching round the back of the handle, to get the cable sheath into the groove. I thought this would be a bugger to do, but in fact it popped in quite readily.
peterG Hell yea thanks I was struggling getting the cable into the runner. Thanks again 🙏🏼
Thanks was so much easier than removing whole door panel. Took 10min while watching video. Give the Handel a 90deg twist as going on and off.
How dose this help anyone by watching u fold ur mirror in and out?
Skoolaz Plumma facts
Do you remember what seats you were in?
Yeah, what section were you in??
I'd like to point out one more symptom which is engine vibration. E.g. my fan clutch works just fĩne, doesn't spin freely or anything but the bearing is crooked/not in the center of the fan, so it sets the engine off-balance.
My 2002 BMW 530i engine shakes when cold and i live in Florida, I changed the engine mounts and still shakes when I started cold. My fan works fine but I am suspecting that the fan off balance and causes the vibration. Is this the symptom that you had and would replacing the fan and clutch will fix it? How old was your car and what mileage you replaced the fan?
great informative video thank you very much for posting .
l dont understand you
my fan snapped on me for some reason, when i had my 2003 325i E46
good advice on buying original replacement parts, i had to do further research on how to find the trick on how to remove the hook, a good start and ending on this video, thanks. BMW E 39's are one of the best cars made by the BMW company, I two of newer models in the driveway, but still really like my E 39.
you changed the fan clutch for a OEM, ? because the other way, you are wrong. because the OEM BMW Fan clutch work very different, of a generic Fan Clutch. very silence you will hear you BMW engine, and it is a very cool sound, but if you used a generic fan the only thing that you can hear is the noise of the fan, that is too much noiser.
The fan should NOT be turned on all the time! A correct fan clutch will engage the fan for a minute at startup, and then the fan will just spin lightly, without making noise! If the air from the cooler reaches about 92C the fan clutch will engage and drive the fan at engine rpm up untill 2400rpm, at which point the clutch should slip to limit the max fan rpm. If your clutch is always engaged (making noise at reving) it is faulty!
Please explain because my fan makes a lot of noise when I step on the gas and it runs faster as I step on the gas. It runs non stop. It makes noise when driving around town everytime I step in the gas. If I let go the noise stops. The noise comes from the power of the fan as I step on the gas. Is that normal?
@@DragonTailDiabloBlkDT-ACE No not normal. See above. If your fan clutch is seized your fan can explode if you rev the engine high. It will damage your radiator and other parts.
i replaced the old fan clutch that didn't engaded even at 97 celsius temp with new FEBI clutch fan with spring and it's so loud on cold start it's like a airplane taking off even after a couple of minutes it still sounds like a jet i can't stop it on cold start after couple of min's it's so loud it's embarasing. but when i rev the car to around 3500-4000 rpm i hear that it dissengage.
@@3ManFunny Fan clutch does not/should not engage jiat because the ENGINE is 97C. It engages when the radiator is out of capacity, meaning that the return temperature from the radiator is 90+C. But this only work with OEM fan clutch (Beht Hella). Most other fan clutches engages much to early.
@@Rudolf2k yes today i saw that mine fan engages in cold weather but after 5-10 min of driving it get's quiet and i can hear the engine again without whoosh sound but i didin't bought the Behr original fan clutch but aftermarket febi ..
where did you get your fan clutch from and are you sure it is new? I'm pretty sure there is not supposed to be that much resistance in between the fan and fan clutch. It looks to me like yours is almost seized beyond its grab point. when I got my first 540i It had a broken fan so instead of buying the fan and clutch I just thought it would be cheaper to get the fan and put it on the clutch that was already on the car, besides I could not find a 32mm wrench to take the old fan clutch off. so when the new fan came I bolted it onto the old clutch and thought I was set. It spun just like the one in your video with that kind of resistance, maybe a little more. I took the car out the next day to show my girlfriend how fast my 540 was and sure enough not only did it sound like a school bus but when I took it up to the rev limit the new fan shattered from centrefulal force, destroying the fan shroud and denting the radiator and I was lucky that I didn't have the under panel on. After being embarrassed I researched the problem and it turned out to be a bad fan clutch. I believe the problem you had was that the fan clutch was bad in the way that it wasn't catching enough. I know this because the experience you had while driving in traffic with the water temperature spiking was the same as the one I had when I was driving around with no fan at all. I did this for 1000 miles until I could afford another fan and a clutch. I did notice that the car was a tiny bit faster without the fan and clutch due to less drag on the belt and with that being said I want an electric fan that can draw the same or more air from the radiator. While researching the issue I found that the procedure to tell if your fan cutch is bad is to first stick your finger into the fan blades while the car is running at idle. if you still have a finger your fan clutch is good, if not replace your fan clutch. But that is only to tell if it is seized and would not apply to a situation like the one you had where it is too unseized if you will. And obviously do not stick your fingers in the fan.
Hi buddy, I know it is very old, but I had the same situation about the fan clutch, I hope you can tell me how did you solved, mine is a 325is, I just bought it and it had the fan broken, and also the broken fan couldn´t be turned by hand, I bought only the fan and replaced it (I couldn´t turn the fan by hand, I had to grab two blades to turn it a bit) I started the engine and it worked fine until I rev up the new fan broke and also the fan shoud, how do you solved it? replacing the fan clutch for a new one?
My temperature went up while I was in the Wendy's drive thru .maybe it's time to change my fan clutch
Try Burger King?
Thank you. Very helpful!
Cheers man
