Awesome Bike! I ride a 2004 Yamaha R1. I love my bike but I've always wanted a ZRX 1200.
Admittedly I don’t ride it as much as I should. To busy with projects BUT when I do, I remember why it’s my favorite bike. Sooo fun.
@thecutrate1 I just feel, like you put it,, its got this look. It's sleek but you can ride it up right and relaxed. It's not a crotch rocket but it's got the looks and the speed. It's a beautiful bike. 😍
I got my first ZRX1200R just last year, its an 01 Lawson Replica. It reshaped my passion for riding. Timeless design, wonderful sound and fantastic handling for a fairly large bike. Everything in me says modify the crap out of it but I think the wise decision would be to keep it reasonably stock... and to buy another zrx to modify THE crap out of it. Great video.
Could have redesigned this front fairing
Pay close attention it is redesigned it’s lengthened clearly I could’ve put any number of different pairings on there, but I felt like that fairy really his eye catching on and I didn’t to make the bike not like a pan-am

I love my "Rex." Too bad I haven't been riding it as much as I should. Will need to have the carbs cleaned no thanks to California's ethanol blend gas. What a mistake California made on that.

GMA/BDL is awesome. They warrantied a set of leaky NOS calipers I bought on eBay. They were probably 15+ years old. Box sticker said Custom Chrome on it. Handed me a brand new box and even sold me the matching rear for costs since I was at their shop in OC. Homie even gave me a tour of their shop. I’m a customer for life now.

Does that HD fairing provide decent wind protection. I just need something that looks good and helps a bit with wind at high speeds.
It does okay - it really depends on the height ratio between rider and fairing as if the fairing is too low, rider gets air blasted to their face or if it's a hair low, there could be buffeting. Fairings are one of those things where it requires trial and error (next to looks)
@ thanks Oliver. I just purchased an HD one on eBay for a lot less than HD charges but still not cheap. Crazy how expensive these are.
